Bio
Samantha Bender, LCSW-S (she/her), is a lead therapist at Equip Health specializing in treating eating disorders across adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill and her Master’s in Social Work from UNC Wilmington. Samantha has worked across multiple levels of care and brings experience supporting a wide range of populations. In addition to her work with eating disorders, she helps clients strengthen communication skills, build meaningful interpersonal connections, and deepen their understanding of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.
