Bio
Gaby is a bilingual registered dietitian who takes an evidenced based, non-diet approach nutrition. Her mission as a dietitian includes increasing awareness and access to effective eating disorder treatment for Hispanic and Jewish communities and for all of those who are struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies. She has experience in working in residential treatment centers, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care for eating disorders, as well as specialized training. She uses intuitive eating, CBT, and FBT approaches to support her patients and their caregivers based on their individual needs. She is a firm believer in interdisciplinary work and professional supervision.
