Bio
Dani Castro, LISW-S, is a therapy supervisor at Equip with specialized training in eating disorder treatment, including CBT-E, FBT, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, OCD, body image concerns, suicidality, self-harm, anxiety, and depression.
Dani earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toledo in 2017 and has worked in medical centers, community behavioral health settings, intensive outpatient programs, school-based roles, and private practice. She draws on her background as a yoga instructor to support mind–body connection. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time with her son and dog, running, reading, and exploring new coffee shops.
