Find out if Equip is in-network with your insurance

Reaching out for help takes strength
We’re here to help with what comes next
By having your initial call with Equip, you’ve already done one of the hardest parts of eating disorder recovery: acknowledging that there’s a problem, and asking for help. Take the next step toward recovery today by scheduling your screening call.
What to expect from your call
During your screening call, an Admissions Specialist will guide you through different questions to help us get a better understanding of you or your loved one’s treatment history, current symptoms, and more. These details will help inform treatment so that you get individualized care that meets your or your loved one’s unique needs.
Here are some questions we’ll ask in the call:
What are your goals for treatment?
Have you/your loved one received any eating disorder treatment recently?
What eating disorder symptoms are currently present?
Do you/your loved one have another mental health diagnosis, in addition to the eating disorder?
The call will take around 20 minutes. If you’re inquiring on behalf of a loved one, they don’t need to join the call.
Learn more about what Equip treatment would look like for you
During this call, we’ll also share some more details on what treatment will look like specifically for you or your loved one.
Understand insurance costs
At the time of your screening call, we will have specific details on your insurance coverage and estimated costs. We’ll go over your out-of-pocket estimate so you understand what you’ll be expected to pay (note that this will be an estimate based on the information we have, and actual costs may vary).
Review a treatment roadmap
We’ll give you a better sense of what you or your loved one’s care may look like, including what types of providers you’ll likely have on your team, what modalities might be used, and more.
What comes next?
After you complete your screening call, you’re almost there. If you decide to move forward with Equip, we’ll have you set up your Equip account, and then set a start date for treatment to begin.
