Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

About the role:
The Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing Equip’s lifecycle email strategy. They will be responsible for end to end ownership of the email marketing channel, including developing the roadmap for email communication strategy, executing campaigns across all audience segmentations, and reporting on impact across brand & business objectives. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind-set, be an organized team player who can communicate and collaborate across the organization, and be a thought leader for developing and optimizing results.


  • End to end ownership across Equip’s email marketing channel
  • Oversee the implementation of Equip’s Email Service Provider in close collaboration with the data & technology teams
  • Create a detailed segmentation & communication strategy across audience types, with clear goals across business & brand objectives
  • Execute all email marketing communications, collaborating closely with the marketing team on developing a clear content & brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all consumer touch-points
  • Partner with the enterprise team on ensuring seamless communication across audience types
  • Identify & test new opportunities across engagement functionalities
  • Requirements

  • Establish clear objectives & success metrics across email engagement strategies
  • Analyze, report and communicate results across initiatives, with actionable insights for future testing & optimization
  • Design ongoing test plans and partner with cross-functional teams to execute testing across content & segmentation type
