Equip is a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. About the role:

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing Equip’s paid marketing strategy. They will be responsible for the entirety of the performance marketing portfolio across budgeting, campaign execution and measurement of brand & business impact. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be an organized team player who can communicate and collaborate across the organization, and be a thought leader for developing and optimizing results.

Responsibilities

Oversee all performance marketing channels across strategic planning, budgeting, campaign execution, and performance measurement

Own and execute a clear roadmap across our paid marketing channels with clear objectives & KPIs across brand and business impact

Drive new channel testing and optimization across existing channels

Collaborate closely with the brand team on audience story-telling, ensuring consistent messaging across consumer touch-points

Requirements

Establish clear objectives & success metrics across the entire portfolio, including KPI measurement across awareness, sentiment and conversion impact

Drive measurement across both brand and business objectives at the channel & creative level

Analyze, report and communicate results across initiatives, with actionable insights for future testing & optimization

Design ongoing channel testing plans and partner with cross-functional teams to execute across content & audience types
