About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the growing People team, responsible for supporting the recruitment of diverse talent and managing our applicant tracking process and system. As part of a team of recruiters, and reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the TA Specialist will be the face of Equip for a majority of our candidates, oftentimes the first point of contact, who sets the impression of our culture and values. The TA Specialist will have advisory capacity over careers website content and work closely with the Director and Talent Acquisition Partners to build our employee value proposition.


  • Open and manage new roles in our ATS - ensuring consistency and equity of job descriptions, data batching and entry, compensation planning with recruitment team, and job postings on external sites.
  • Research and recommend strategies to attract qualified candidates for all open positions.
  • Serve as subject matter expert of the company ATS system and provide guidance when needed.
  • Produce sourcing collateral and content for recruitment campaigns, working closely with Marketing liaison to ensure consistency of brand and messaging.
  • Support the management of the Equip Internship program with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens, working closely with career advisors and organizational sponsors and partners.
  • Support functional leaders as needed (e.g., posting open positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements, etc.)
  • Run regular reports and slides to track Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics.
  • Execute on operational improvements and team engagement through transparency, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Actively enhance skills and abilities within logistics management by developing an understanding of business unit talent strategies/culture and understanding TA strengths and challenges in assigned areas.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to enhance logistics management throughout the requisition lifecycle.
  • Network with internally and externally to stay abreast of trends and best practices.
