Equip is a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will enable Equip’s strategic growth by attracting and onboarding team members in all corporate functions. As a a member of our People team - you would be responsible for building relationships with our corporate leaders. You will play an integral part in the team and will be responsible for all parts of the recruitment life cycle, including: resume review, sourcing, building and driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the candidate lifecycle from application to hire.   • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for corporate roles, specific attention and leadership in the product and technical recruitment field.
  • Ensure a positive, smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience.
  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and administering the onboarding process in close partnership with the People Operations team.
  • Lead the occasional immigration process in an inclusive and efficient way.
  • Build partnerships and credibility with hiring managers and senior/executive leaders.
  • Provide expertise in assessing and evaluating talent for the organization.
  • Provide creative support for the ongoing development of our careers page.
  • Serve as an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, recommending partnerships and affiliations to support diverse pipelines.
  • Assist in promoting and developing the Equip Employer Brand and Employee Value proposition.
  • Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers, and with specific expertise in technical recruitment.
  • You have a passion for candidate experience. We see candidates as future employees or stakeholders and want to make sure they have an excellent experience.
  • You are adaptable and you take on initiative easily.
  • You have experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource.
  • You have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You have experience sourcing and driving a strong, diverse pipeline.
