Executive Assistant (Remote Position)

Equip is a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant who will support our Leadership team. From calendaring to meeting facilitation to everything in between, your impact will be felt across the organization as you will help us all run smoothly. What you will do:

  • Manage day to day schedules for the co-founders in such a way that they are able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, all hands meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with stakeholders and board members, etc.
  • Book travel within Equip’s travel policy
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business related meetings as requested.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of board meetings, and other leadership-level activities
  • Manage and take clear notes, synthesize outcomes, and distribute pre-post meeting materials appropriately
  • Collect company mail and distribute to the appropriate team member
  • Other administrative and project duties as requested
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at least 1 executive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily
  • Exceptional attention to detail and take pride in making sure others are well taken care of
  • Problem-solving prowess - you can fix an issue in a pinch without missing a beat
  • Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Extreme discretion with confidential information
  • Strong bias to action and ability to work both quickly and to a high quality in a fast-paced environment
  • A clear and effective communication style and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
  • A growth mindset
